The building, constructed with volcanic rocks and Theraic earth, was originally a wine trader’s home and cellar, completed before the 1950 eruption. Its bioclimatic design keeps it warm in winter and cool in summer. In 2015, it was beautifully restored and transformed into unique, balanced spaces by I.D. LABORATORIUM, offering an exceptional environment for our guests.
